This 6 Volt AC Regulator also has a smooth regulation map, even at low RPM's. This unique device is the product of many years experience repairing motorcycles.  Usually this problem occurs after many years. But it is also possible to blow headlight bulbs if the battery is disconnected, missing or in poor health.  If your headlight is powered directly off the stators AC power, then this is your solution.

If the battery fails to take a charge, if the bike has dirty electrical connections, more blown bulbs, a defective rectifier, or if the battery is missing or disconnected, the voltage that normally charges the battery is diverted to all the lights on the bike. The headlight will generally blow the selected low or high beam filament very quickly if the battery is in poor condition, poorly connected or is missing altogether.
