The brand new units  (neither size) have no rev limiter. Upon request, one can be set at any value with 250 RPM intervals. Note that most tachometers somewhat exaggerate the actual RPM value, so a rev limiter at, just an example number, 10000 RPM in the software will very likely go over 10000 on the tachometer. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThere’s no dedicated output for the tachometer, so the tachometer must observe one of the ignition outputs. Goes without saying this works the same for New Ignition units  or  old original units.
