Domestic Shipping: We generally ship via USPS Priority mail when UPS Ground is selected, unless an expedited shipping service is selected. Sorry, no shipping carrier requests are taken on domestic shipments. We can ship to Puerto Rico via USPS priority mail at a much lower rate than UPS 2nd day air. Please contact us for Details.
International Shipping: International orders will generally be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you have other shipping carrier concerns, please ask prior to ordering. With some shipments, we will have to use a courier (instead of the USPS postal shipping service) for your international location. International customers, please use the "World Ship" shipping service when purchasing your product.
Cores: All parts that have a core deposit associated with them are eligible for the core deposit refund if the cores are returned in rebuildable condition. If you have any questions please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchanges: If you have ordered the incorrect part and have not installed it, we will gladly exchange it for the correct part provided we offer it.
CDI Units: There are no refunds on CDI Units. The reason behind this policy is to stop customers from troubling spark issues with our new parts. Due to the temperamental nature of CDI units, there is an exchange-only policy on CDI Units provided in most causes (No returns for refund). We will offer a 1-time exchange on a non-OEM CDI Unit. The previously sent ignition unit will need to be sent here first for testing. Inbound shipping is never covered and do not send out any upfront replacements.
Ignition Unit Repair Service: ( CDI Repairs) When these parts are shipped back to the customer. They are only insured for the amount we bill for the repair itself. If the unit does test good and not repaired. It is only insured for the test fee.
Ignition System kits: Generally, these take four business days to build. These are custom and built to order so there are no returns for refund on them. In the rare case that there is a fitment issue with the stator or flywheel rotor, then we can exchange the component provided there has been no alteration. The 1-year exchange warranty on these components only covers internal failure. Any physical damage to any components is not covered by the warranty. All the parts in the kits are available independently as well.
Returns & Refunds: Returns are handled on a case by case basis, and only eligible within 14 days of the original purchase date. No returns on installed parts. ( Parts to come with exchange warranties only) Eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the subtotal which covers previous carrying costs and payment processing fees. After 30 days, do not ask for a return. Original shipping is non-refundable. Installed Parts, CDI units, Rebuilt Parts (select rotors & select stators), and are non-returnable. OEM parts generally have the oem stamp mark on them. If you are unsure which parts are OEM, please ask. Returns are never allowed based on the fact that they did not arrive at a destination by a predefined deadline or warranty related. Returns are never allowed based on the misdiagnosis of a problem. Returns are not allowed on any products have been used or physically look like they have been installed. In the case of ordering the correct part, but the wrong year or model, we always assist our customers to make sure they get the correct part for their application (eg year-make- model).
Order Cancellation: It is often, your order can not be canceled as the automated process flow moves along quickly. There are payment processing, acquisition, transaction fees, postage that are paid which are not refundable to us or nor the customer. If you decide to cancel your order after it placed, then there will be a 10% deduction from the refund credit. The average time credit cards take to reflect refunds is 7 business days. If we have to cancel your order, then this condition would not apply.
Warranties:Most parts are warranted (OEM parts excepted), Please ask if you have any uncertainty. Warranty terms are 12 months from the date of purchase. See "tech suggestions" for further pertinent information. If you have further questions, please email us through the "Contact Us" menu. We will not be held liable for any damage from any incidental costs associated with the installation or use of our products, we will only assume liability for the actual original purchase price of our product(s) excluding damage to our products due to incorrect installation. Upon purchasing a part through our company, you are confirming the understanding of this policy. All Warrantied items must be sent to us for testing and replacement. Part Modifications void the warranty. Damage caused to the parts purchased for the incorrect application is not covered under the warranty. Service or labor of warrantied parts is not covered under any circumstance. The Customer is responsible for the shipping of the original part(s) to be warrantied. All warrantied items must obtain authorization prior to sending them in. If you have any questions about this section, please ask prior to making a purchase. There are no exchanges or warranties on OEM parts.
Additional: We may substitute an OEM part with an aftermarket part (and vice versa) if a certain model is out of stock unless notified by the customer post-purchase.
