Before installing this new regulator rectifier, you must test the readings on your rotor before installing this new part with a OHM meter. The
reading between the copper rings on your rotor should read between 3.5 - 5 OHMs.  Anything below is a bad rotor and will take out this rec/reg, which is not covered by our standard warranty.
