Upgraded from OEM VERSION. This Regulator Rectifier is made to handle a heavier electrical load but you will still need to test the rotor.

Before installing this new regulator rectifier, you must test the readings on your rotor before installing this new part with a OHM meter. The
reading between the copper rings on your rotor should read between 3.5 - 5 OHMs.  Anything below is a bad rotor and will take out this rec/reg, which is not covered by our standard warranty.
